Found a bug, or stuck on a shot? Ask in the Discord: you talk to the developer of Ball Tracer directly.
Report a bug or ask for help
Post in the Ball Tracer Discord. The developer reads it and answers there, and you can send a clip or a screenshot of what went wrong. It helps to say:
- Which program you trace in, DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.
- Which release of Ball Tracer you have, if you know it.
- What you pressed, and what happened instead of what you expected.
- The exact words in the plug-in's Status row, if there are any.
Never post your licence key. It is yours alone, and it is always on your account page if you need it again.
