Refunds
7 days, no reason needed.

Try the trial first. It is the same build as the paid version, complete and with no time limit, marked only with the word TRIAL on the picture. Running it on your own footage, on your own machine, tells you more than any refund policy can.
The guarantee
If Ball Tracer is not what you wanted, ask for your money back within 7 daysof buying it. You do not have to explain why, and you will not be argued with.
How to ask
Either route works:
- Email support@balltracerplugin.com from the address you bought with. A reply comes within 2 business days.
- Or go through Paddle.com Market Ltd, who processed the payment, at paddle.net. They can find your order from the email address or the order reference on your receipt.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear is up to your bank, usually a few working days.
What happens to your licence
A refunded key is revoked, and the plug-in goes back to showing the TRIAL mark. Because the licence is cached on your computer so that it works offline, the software may not notice for up to 30 days if it cannot reach the internet. That is said here plainly rather than pretended otherwise. Continuing to use it after a refund is not permitted by the licence terms.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK
You normally have a 14-day right to change your mind about something bought online. That is longer than the 7-day guarantee above, andnothing on this page shortens it. Where the statutory right applies to you, it is the one that counts.
For downloadable software that right can end once the download begins, if you agreed to the download starting immediately — which is how the checkout is set up. If you are unsure where you stand, ask. The answer will not be used to talk you out of a refund.
Things a refund does not cover
- Buying it for a machine that does not meet the requirements after the 7 days have passed. The trial exists so this never has to happen.
- Asking after the 7 days, unless the software is genuinely faulty — in which case ask anyway, because that is a different situation and it will be dealt with.
Chargebacks
Please ask for a refund before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs a fixed fee whichever way it is decided, and for a one-person product that matters. Asking is faster and the answer is yes.
